The initial challenge was a highly fragmented facility at Heathrow, consisting of five separate, cluttered halls with no internal connections. This layout made cargo handling inefficient, time-consuming, and difficult to scale.

• On-site inspection & consulting: DIMOS conducted a thorough assessment to understand the logistical challenges and space constraints.
• Customized solution delivery: 14 pallet movers and 50 pallets were provided—two of the movers equipped with integrated scales for added efficiency.
• Infrastructure upgrade: Existing conveyor belts that obstructed flow were removed and replaced with pallet racks, creating more structure and usable space.
• Vehicle enhancement: The pallet movers were upgraded and adapted to the specific requirements of the facility.
• Operational transformation: These improvements enabled structured, cross-terminal transport and simplified container build-up and breakdown.
